Often than not Rufftown Record’s Wendy Shay gets blasted, especially after being announced that she’s a replacement for the late dancehall sensation Ebony Reigns. All that aside, some photos of the ‘Uber Driver’ singer have made a resounding negative remark that she’s isn’t ‘beautiful’. But to believe that or not depends on Miss Shay.
