Hey There, we are late with showbiz corner but you know, better late than never. This week has been a blissful week with lots of fun and more to talk about as showbiz lovers.

The dominant story in showbiz circles this week centered on Ghana’s Dancehall heavyweight, Stonebwoy. The young man took a bold step in his life by walking tying the knot with the love of his life.  The argument about hs wedding was reduced to a comparison between him and the Dancehall King, Shatta Wale. Their ‘wives’ were been compared. Illogical right? But trust Ghanaian social media to troll upon the least slip. The trolls got to Shatta Mitchy, queen of the SM empire who came out to say Stonebwoy’s wedding was been sponsored by his wife. Finally, they are a couple after the traditional engagement and white wedding.

The woes of Sarkodie don’t seem to be ending anytime soon as Krobo youth have threatened to sue the artiste, Kurl songx and Kaywa, the producer of the song ‘Jernnifer Lomotey’. The Krobo Youth are demanding GHC 2 million from the artistes and have asked for an apology. However, the lawyers of Sarkodie have taken over the case and are working towards resolving the case.

But news has it that the artistes who may be sued are in South Africa to shoot the video for the song which has caused serious uproar in Ghana for almost two weeks and could land them in serious trouble.

Another big signing for Zylofon media. The Mass Media company signed Stonebwoy into ther fold ahead of his marriage to Dr. Ansong. Although details of the deal were not disclosed but Stonebwoy indicated that the team at zylofon had come in to support his music business. Stonebwoy joined the Becca and Kumi Guitar who had already been signed by the Mass Media company.

Ok, so the Kaakie issue. There was a report on kasapafmonline.com suggesting that artiste, Kaakie had said that men cannot punish the booty very well. However, she came out to deny vehemently that she had said nothing like that. The issue died out just after a day but what we cannot tell is if the artiste intends to take legal action against the portal that published the false story.
